While the MDF core is fire rated certified with excellent fire retardant properties, the finished product is not FR room burn tested or certified. For optimal safety and compliance, we recommend seeking prior approval from your Fire Engineer before using this product.

Important Handling Information
Our magnetic laminate sheets are supplied with untrimmed edges that require cutting and finishing before use. Due to the magnetic core, specialised tools are necessary for safe cutting and trimming, as standard woodworking tools may be inadequate. After trimming, edges must be finished for safety and aesthetics, such as by sanding or applying edge banding.
