Panel Product Delivery Safety Guidelines
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: These guidelines are essential for anyone receiving panel products. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming delivery or your order is already on its way, following these instructions is critical for a safe delivery experience. Panel products are heavy, bulky items that require proper preparation and handling to prevent injury and product damage. Please read through all sections carefully before your delivery arrives.
Safety First
Individual panels can weigh over 65kg. For health and safety reasons, please use proper lifting techniques—bend at the knees and keep your back straight. Proper preparation helps prevent strain or injury during the unloading process.

Forklift Unload Preferred
We recommend using a forklift whenever possible for panel product deliveries. It's quicker, safer, and protects your panels during unloading. If a forklift is not available, please pay particular attention to hand unloading guidelines.

No Forklift? Bring Help!
Our panels require at least 2 people for safe hand unloading. These are large, bulky items that can be challenging to manage alone. Having help ready when your delivery arrives ensures everyone stays safe and your panels remain in good condition.

Prepare Adequate Space
Create a suitable receiving area for your panels, which range from 2.4m×1.2m to 3.6m×1.8m. A clean, flat, and dry space that's easily accessible from our delivery vehicle will make the process more efficient.

Residential Deliveries
We deliver to residential addresses via kerbside drop-off. Please prepare an accessible space near the kerb. Having a plan to move your panels to their final location after our driver departs will ensure an efficient delivery.

Driver Limitations
Our drivers are focused on getting your panels to you safely but cannot help with unloading. This policy is in place for occupational health and safety reasons. Our drivers expertise is in transport and logistics—your team will need to handle the unloading at the drop spot.

Packaging Removal
All packaging materials must be taken with your order. Please dispose of or recycle these materials responsibly. We're committed to environmental sustainability and appreciate your cooperation in managing packaging waste properly.

Avoid Additional Charges
Being present for your scheduled delivery and ensuring safe unloading conditions prevents unnecessary rescheduling fees. Efficient first-time delivery saves time and ensures you receive your materials on schedule.

Track Your Order
Where possible, we'll provide a tracking code once your delivery is scheduled. This allows you to plan effectively and be ready when your panels arrive. A quick check on the day of delivery confirms everything is on track. Please note, order tracking is not available with all carriers.
